    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I agree with the idea of giving the county governments the onus of putting up structures such as classrooms, but the personnel should come from the TSC. If need be, even the classrooms need to be done in such a way that they are uniform across the county or school so that some are not done haphazardly, as is happening. The ECDE classrooms are poorly done in schools."
