    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me an opportunity to support this very important Bill. My only worry is that so many laws are passed by this House as a lot of work is in the implementation stage. More specifically, we should be monitoring compliance to these particular laws. How I wish going forward, as a House, we can even demand that the agencies that are supposed to implement or monitor implementation of laws have a particular checklist that contains a matrix that can be measured.
