    "content": "There are also matters of language. At what level is a child introduced to another language beyond his or her mother tongue in case of our counties? Children are encouraged to know that beyond the language that their parents speak, there are other languages. So, this is an extremely important Bill. I am happy to have got the opportunity to associate myself with it. I thank the Committee for coming up with the Bill. We hope that it will be an Act of Parliament soon. It will improve the quality of ECD education in our country."
