    "content": "There are many things that are required in ECDCs such as playing fields. Land is very important because those children need to play. ECDE should be a national Government function and not a devolved one. ECDE is very essential because it determines the future of this great nation. I request the Government to fully take over the payment of fees for our young children. It should be free because we want to educate all the children and ensure that the nation is moving forward.
