    "content": "land effectively for purposes of building the economy, that land should be expropriated and given back to the people. In this Petition, you find there are people who live in the forest not because they were taken there by anybody, but because that was how they lived in the past. They were hunters and gatherers. It will be highly unjust to move such people out of the forest without compensation or finding alternative settlement. That is not to say that we cannot and should not protect our forests. Those forests must be protected. If there are people living in the forests, we must find a humane way of making sure that they are peacefully moved from those areas to alternative areas and the forests are then protected for the benefit of us and for future generations. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
