    "content": "(2) That the report of the Committee raised doubt regarding the financial and technical viability of the Kimwarer and Arror dam projects and recommended cancelation of Kimwarer dam project and scaling down of Arror dam project on five grounds: Lack of technical design; Lack of feasibility study and existence of fault line on the project area; that the area is settled and compensation and resettlement costs will arise; Unsustainable operation and maintenance costs; and, Overpricing."
