    "content": "I support the Petitioners’ argument that this is not so much about the technicality of the project and whether money was stolen. The Petitioners are not asking the Senate to determine whether money was stolen or not. The Petitioners would like to find out whether legal processes have been followed so that if the process is fair, the results will be fair. There is a separate discussion elsewhere is a court of law with regard to whether money was stolen or not. The Petitioners would like to find out whether the project was cancelled fairly."
