    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we know that in the private universities all students are in the same class. So, we feel that in our public universities, there should be no parallel and regular programmes. In private universities, students do well because they are all in the same class as long as they take the same course. I think this is an issue that should be checked by the Government. We also know that there is a problem with the payment of fees. University education in Kenya is very expensive. That is why most of our youths go to Rwanda, Burundi and Tanzania where they pay less."
