    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there is also another problem which needs to be addressed. In our country we find that most of those who succeed are from private schools, especially when it comes to primary schooling. Everything depends on the foundation. I think something should be done about primary education. Most of the public schools are under-staffed. This means that the students do not get enough attention and this contributes to failure especially when it comes to Standard Eight and Form Four examinations. This means that they do not succeed to get into good schools. So, I think everything should be addressed by the Government especially right from the foundation because everything is dependent on the foundation we build."
