    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I agree with many of the comments that have been made by my colleagues but I will differ not with the spirit of the Motion but with the recommendation of balancing; that essentially in the long run, we should be able to make parallel education affordable to those who cannot afford and we should be able to tax those who are able to pay much more. However, at this present time, it is difficult to balance and to say that it should be more or less the same for a number of reasons."
