    "content": "The former negotiations are set to commence in August/September, 2018 which they actually did. I am happy to report that our Minister of Foreign Affairs and ambassadors are moving very well on that. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the partnership is also critical for a number of reasons among them; it has the EU and 79 countries from Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific. Most of them are former colonies of the EU and this unity ACP-EU is one of the largest global partnerships."
