    "content": "As I finalize, the delegation is concerned that the parties in the Cotonou partnership agreement led by the governments, including parliamentarians and the civil society, private sector operators and local authorities will need to address a set of existential questions that have arisen from the past, especially when they look critically at the past 20 years. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the Kenyan delegation in this meeting was led by the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Hon. Cheboi. I was the co-leader of the delegation. We also had Hon.
