    "content": "Ayes – 59 (and not 69) Noes – 56 Abstentions – 1 Total Votes - 116 Hon. Members, as the Speaker, it is my duty to ensure that the records of the House are correctly and accurately captured and reported at all times. You will note that the error of the teller which was unintentional does not affect the ultimate results of the Division as the House indeed, passed the Motion for agreement to the Committee of the whole House, and thereafter passed the Motion for Third Reading of the Bill. As a result of that fact, the HANSARD record of the House and Votes and Proceedings always contain the list of Members voting “Ayes” and “Noes” and abstentions in any division. I have directed the Clerk of the National Assembly to circulate the excerpts of the HANSARD record indicating how Members voted. Being a Bill concerning the county governments, it will be forwarded to the Senate for consideration."
