I rise under Standing Order No. 74 which states that if there is confusion or an error occurring in the course of a roll call voting, concerning the numbers which cannot otherwise be corrected, the Speaker shall direct the House to proceed to another roll call vote. Now that it has been acknowledged that there was a mistake and it was a fundamental mistake of 10 votes, 10 votes of non-existent Members, is it not in order to follow Standing Order No. 74 and proceed to another roll call vote, rather than entertain such grave errors?"
