Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No. 42A(5), my Question goes to the Cabinet Secretary for Energy: (i) What measures is the Ministry taking to solve the recurring power outages in Madogashe Town, Lagdera Constituency? (ii) Are there plans to compensate the Madogashe business community for the losses suffered as a result of the said power outages? (iii) Are there plans to connect the entire Lagdera Constituency to the national grid?"
