    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I rise to support. Even as I do that, digital market is an extension of the stock market and we all know how the stock market works. If we do not put measures in place and the laws which will protect the investor, we will leave him exposed. I am grateful that we have started. At least, we have started in the right direction, but we have to be sure that we are putting the laws in place to ensure that the poor investors from upcountry, who have no capacity to understand the intricacies involved in the stock market are protected so that they do not lose their hard-earned income. Thank you."
