I rise to support the Chair of Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning but the key objective of this is not necessarily start-up business because we have some people who have been in this business whether it is fumigation or catering for years. Start-up business is a business which has one, two or three years. I think the objective here is in terms of the principle of materiality since the amount of money that you are likely to realise from this is going to be a little bit insignificant. Also, when you look in terms of value, these are small things that are easily taken over by the people who have just cleared college for purposes of employment and sustainability. I support.
