    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 9 of the Bill be amended by deleting paragraph (a). This is on the Capital Gains Tax. The Capital Gains Tax was introduced not long ago and the proposal to drastically increase it from 5 per cent to 12.5 per cent will work negatively in terms of the Big Four Agenda proposal to build and construct affordable housing. Therefore, we propose to delete it and move another amendment to compensate for the tax which was being raised here. I propose that this Clause be deleted."
