    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I stand to oppose. I am shocked that the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning is talking of the Big Four Agenda. It was the National Treasury, the centre of the Big Four Agenda, which proposed this increment. This is about the differences in legal fees, brokerage and commission agents.
