    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after clause 8- Amendment of Section 22Cof Cap. 470 8A. Section 22C of the Income Tax Act is amended- (a) by deleting subsection (4) and substituting therefor the following new subsection- “(4) Deposits in a registered home ownership savings plan shall be invested in accordance with prudential guidelines issued by the Central Bank or investment guidelines or regulations issued by the Capital Markets Authority”; (b) in subsection (8), by deleting the definition of “approved institution” and substituting therefor the following new definition- The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
