    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I oppose this amendment because IDF and IDL are normally charged at the point of entry in this country. The amendment is making it very expensive to import. For example, if you import a vehicle that is worth Kshs300,000, you will end up paying Duty Tax of about Kshs400,000 because of these small items we are increasing without considering its impact on common Kenyans."
