    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning. The reasons are that this will act as a motivation for more exports so that there will be more taxation and income. It will even avoid what Hon. Duale was saying that one will take documents to Uganda, stamp them and then bring them here as if they originated from Uganda. If you allowed exporters to take off from Kenya, we would still get income from the taxation of the money that comes from outside as opposed to reducing motivation by taxing the source."
