    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Government licenses non- Governmental organizations (NGOs) that fight the same Government by way of encouraging children to remain on the streets. These NGOs during lunch time, Mr. Assistant Minister, supply Chapatis and cookies to please these children so that they remain on the street for them to continue receiving funding from abroad. What are you doing by way of identifying these particular NGOs and making sure that they are de- registered for our children to go back home and go to school?"
