Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 45 of the Bill be amended in subsection (2)(d) of the proposed new Section 14C by deleting the expression “in the last three years”. The Bill was proposing to apply the law retrospectively, which is not the practice. So, we are amending by removing the retrospective effect of three years."
