    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I am in agreement with the Committee that a trainee can be become a member of a professional body. That is the global best practice. Even with engineers in Kenya, it is now a requirement that student engineers belong to the Institute of Engineers of Kenya. That is the practice. I am aware that even the association of professionals in East Africa has issued a requirement that every professional should belong to some professional body. This is quite in order."
