Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Part VII of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clauses immediately after Clause 60 — Amendment of section 117 of Cap. 480. 61. Section 117 of the Stamp Duty Act is amended in subsection (1) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (n)— (o) the transfer of a house constructed under an affordable housing scheme from the developer to the National Housing Corporation."
