    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for the opportunity to also raise my voice on this Sessional Paper. From the outset, I want to support it because it clearly identifies the challenges we are facing in the education sector. But I have some reservations because some of the solutions suggested in this Sessional Paper are not adequate to address the challenges identified. They are not very practical and it is not clear how the Government intends to implement the solutions to those challenges."
