I sit in the Executive Committee of the Forum of Parliaments of the ICGLR and those who you have introduced are my colleagues. They belong to a bureau, and I want to congratulate them. I have had an occasion to be with them in one of the meetings and Kenya is a great pillar in that organization as it has been said by my senior colleague there, Sen. Wetangula. I feel like the Speaker knows ICGLR better and we want to wish them well in their deliberations in the country. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
