    "content": "Citizens are losing faith in their local governments because the Constitutions says that the local governments are devolved but solutions are not being provided. I believe that that should be done and Sen. Khaniri should be on this issue until someone is arrested and found culpable. This House should also look into the issue of enforcement of emergency health care in all the counties across the country."
