    "content": "In equal measure, once somebody decides to run a private medical institution, he should be obligated to, first and foremost, look into the welfare of those who are admitted into those medical institutions. That also applies to public hospitals particularly the county ones now that we have many county hospitals of various levels and dispensaries. I think the Committee on Health should now begin to be more intensive in carrying out oversight over how counties are running these medical institutions, hospitals and dispensaries alike."
