    "content": "Secondly, I am happy to inform the Senate today that the National Assembly agreed with our proposal which ended up being Section 11(1) (2) which has led to transfer of a total of Kshs55.071 billion to counties for the period July, August and September within seven days of the approval of this Cash Disbursement Schedule.
