    "content": "To do so, we need a good working relationship with the Council of Governors (CoG). Sometimes governors try all their means and we do not get the information. There has to be a mechanism where the Senate gets the information from counties when there is delay of the money. That conversation must continue. That is important so that this House can summon the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for National Treasury and his officers in real-time to ensure that money goes to the counties."
