    "content": "In terms of agriculture, we need to see more support for farmers groups, cooperative societies and extensions officers. Counties should assist farmers to get markets using technology, so that we have improved livelihoods. I am sorry to say that counties are notorious in diverting money to other things which were not meant to be funded by conditional grants they get from the national Government. That is unfortunate. That is what we see in audited accounts of most counties."
