    "content": "First of all, I want to look at why we have this problem. We have the problem of children being placed in adoption homes because of failure in our parenting and cultures. Adoption offers the best chance for a child to be placed with a family that may help him to grow and develop into a productive citizen who can help himself as well as the family that has taken care of him. They may also contribute to their country’s development."
