We need to ensure that we nurture those people who do not make it to university and make them productive and have skills which will make them earn their own living. The Motion is self-explanatory. It is a good Motion. I plead with Members in the House to support the Motion so that we resolve to have policy measures to ensure that there is 100 per cent transition from secondary school to tertiary institutions."
