    "content": "We have people who suffer on our roads due to mechanical breakdown of their vehicles. Their vehicles break down and they are forced to tow them to the nearest town, which could be 10 kilometres away, simply because within the area where the vehicle broke down, there is no skilled manpower. Yet, we talk about unemployed youth who are in those areas. By supporting this very important Motion, we are simply saying that we are going to invest on policies that will, in return, give us services. The funds that we put in policies are below the gains that we would get from the services of a large number of people who are otherwise sitting idle out there."
