Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Government has given us TVETs and the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) to have our young people go to there to get skills that they can apply in their lives. It is with a good spirit that the current educational system, the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC), has been introduced so that young people can get skills from the time they are young to the time they become adults."
