    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like to support this timely Motion that has been brought by Mheshimiwa . I want to delve into this matter which will generally affect and change how Kenyan youth manage their future. It is important to note that in places like Kuria, our first college is a teachers’ training institute which opened its doors on 2nd September. I want to report to the country that, as of today, the enrolment is 96 students after only two weeks. This shows there was a gap that needed to be filled at a point when university education is not a guarantee of solving the unemployment problem in this country."
