    "content": "This is in light of the unfortunate tragedy at the Precious Talents School in Nairobi City County where eight innocent lives were lost due to a collapse of a classroom. Indeed, this is an indicator of widespread non-compliance to minimum set national standards for school infrastructure by both public and private schools in the country. The lives of learners and other users of such facilities are at risk, particularly with regard to thousands of private schools operating illegally in this country either with the protection of the Ministry of Education or without the necessary approvals."
