    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, the legal framework sets out guidelines for registering schools, both public and private. However, a number of private schools, in fact, many of them, operate without registration and without approval. This means the infrastructure and other facilities such as classrooms and boarding facilities are not established based on the set standards according to the law. Therefore, they are not inspected and certified by the State departments of Public Works, Health and Education. The Ministryof Education is allowing such schools to operate without the necessary approvals, thus putting the lives of our children at risk and despite the law being in place."
