It is whether people are being forcefully asked to use the SGR. If it is a question of competition and SGR is competing better than the other one, it is a different thing. I want us to look at the issue as Hon. Nassir has asked, not the issue of competition. We should ask whether it is voluntary. It should be whether one goes for SGR on a voluntary basis. If it is voluntary and members of the public are opting for SGR, it is a different thing all together. So, let us look at it in that manner."
