    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I seek further clarification. National roads have always been part of public transport infrastructure. We have all along had the trucking business. Now that we have the SGR, many towns along the way are going to be affected. That includes somewhere in my constituency. What we seek to know is whether there is a policy for investing in bogies which can be placed along the SGR to supplement the incomes for the people who have invested in the tracking business. So, I would want that further clarification as well."
