"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the hon. Member has asked three questions. The first one regards the design which will be completed by December 2010. Two, is to do with the other section of the road; how much has been allocated to it. I am afraid I do not have the exact figure but I undertake to give the hon. Member the figures for him to be able to follow up. Three, he has asked a question on the issue of the road that passes through the forest and whether the environmental concerns raised also affect the other road. My Ministry works in consultation with the other relevant Ministries when it comes to construction of roads. In this particular case, we already have two designs but we have asked for the input from the relevant Ministries. As soon as we are able to get the input from the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, we will be able to proceed with the appropriate designs."
