    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the first part of the hon. Member’s Question was with regard to Endarasha-Kamuhura-Bellevue. As I have indicated, it is not earmarked for upgrading to bitumen standard in this financial year. However, we will prioritize it in future. With regard to the issue of the road that passes through the Aberdare Forest, my Ministry recognizes the importance of reducing the distance between these two areas. However, as we think about that, we must take into account the environmental aspect. It is for that reason that my Ministry has consulted the relevant Ministries in terms of environmental concerns. As soon as we get a go ahead, we will complete the road."
