    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this one applies to all of us in this House. We have a number of unemployed youths, and this is a time bomb for this country. A country that is unable to give jobs to its citizens is at a risk. The Sessional Paper is asking universities to look at how they can link with the job market so that after completing university education, one can seek employment. Alternatively, university education should impart skills on students to enable them to engage in self-employment activities once they graduate."
