    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we are discussing this because we lost our children yesterday. Leaders, especially from the Ministry, have offered Kshs10 million for construction of a public school because they overlooked what they should have done while regulating the education sector. This is unacceptable! These officers must account for each action they take. I wish the Departmental Committee on Education and Research sat down to investigate the officers and if possible, recommend some to be sacked because we are currently talking about one school among 1,000 schools. We are not talking about the others because we have not lost children. If you went out of these Chambers, you would see thousands of schools whose structures are endangering our students. I wish the Departmental Committee on Education and Research would take up this matter and bring a report."
