"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. As I indicated earlier on, the people of Tinderet and the Departmental Committee on Education and Research condole with the parents of the students in the primary school where the tragedy occurred. The issue at hand is not about talking. It is about implementing the existing laws, regulations and everything that the Government has put in place. Currently, there is the issue of pointing fingers at who is responsible. It is very clear. The quality assurance and standards officers are to be blamed. The officials at the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development who allowed the structure to be in place are answerable. We will talk about who did what, but the issue is what we have done, especially the Ministry of Education, to stop this kind of tragedy from happening. We will not wait to hear stories. Let action be taken. Schools of that kind should not be allowed to operate."
