"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is it correct for the Senate Majority Leader to persist by saying that he has given them the license? Would that not be in contravention of Article 117(1) of the Constitution which provides that there shall be freedom of speech and debate in Parliament with or without the Senate Majority or Minority Leader? This is also good for the other House. If they are being misled, they should know that these provisions exist"
