    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have concerns around the selection committee. I do not want the committee to be constituted of people in the public sector. A county is more than that. A county is made of people from the private sector, the church, mosques and many other sectors. The selection committee should reflect the diversity in our counties. As people are awarded honours, it reflects the diversity in our counties. The selection committee needs to be expanded to include members from other sectors."
