There are certain aspects of this Bill that we need to amend to ensure that the governor does not have a free hand in selecting and deciding where it is going to be housed. The public should have an input into the entire architecture of what this Bill proposes. That would encourage the aspect of public participation in whatever we do be it this kind of a Bill on the Hall of Fame or other things."
